From Saturday, December 16, at 9:00 PM ET, until Sunday, December 17, at approximately 2:00 AM ET, we will perform a scheduled system maintenance that will impact the operation of multiple Phone.com applications.

This maintenance will not affect inbound or outbound calls on any application or physical IP device.

While we try to conduct maintenance without affecting customers, performing updates and upgrades that impact system functionality is sometimes necessary.

During this maintenance window, you can expect:

- Admin Control Panel (Control.Phone.com): This application will not be available during the maintenance window.

- My.Phone.com: Delayed incoming voicemail and fax notifications. Delayed outbound faxing. SMS enrollment will not be open.

- Mobile Apps (iOS and Android): Delayed incoming voicemail and fax notifications. Delayed outbound faxing.

- More Services (Console.Phone.com): Some features may not be available.

- Configure.Phone.com: Some billing-related processes will be delayed.

Any delayed notifications or faxes will be processed when the maintenance is complete.

We understand that any impact on our service is inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience during this essential scheduled maintenance.
